University and central area between the beach and the village 

It is the central and student area of Castelldefels. It also highlights the area adjacent to Gran Via Mar de Can Bou in which we can find large green spaces and urbanizations. 

Central area of town and mountain 

In El Poal we find houses in the mountains with panoramic views and quality. There are frequent both individual design houses and high standing buildings. There are several neighborhoods in this area such as Montmar, the oldest noble region.  The houses in this area have more land.  

Can Roca-Muntanyeta is another part located behind the urban core that has large blocks with communal areas, swimming pools, semi-detached houses or new construction. And finally Els Canyars, the most recent area in which there are new buildings with swimming pools and communal areas.
